Ever been to The Magic Bag in Ferndale? If not, you should get over there. This past Saturday 89X presented Pop Evil for their new CD release party, hosted by Jay Hudson. The venue was packed with wild Detroit fans and a handful from Grand Rapids, Pop Evil's hometown. I really like seeing shows at this venue. The stage lighting is good, sound is loud and crisp, and the waitstaff is tops...really...I DID NOT have to wait for a single drink!
